Born in Eastleigh, I have worked for the NHS for over 35yrs and most of that time was spent in a GP surgery. My passion has always been patient care, communication and technology. Over the years my digital and technical knowledge has grown which has allowed me to pass on this knowledge to my colleagues with training sessions.
I enjoy helping patients with new technology by demonstrating how they can navigate their online medical records by using tools such as the NHS app. I am also an NHS App Ambassador.
