Health and Wellbeing Coaches work with people who are struggling with mental health issues due to their circumstances. They help them to realise their goals and move forward in life with more confidence.

Case Study 1

Cristina worked with a 39-year-old client who came to her feeling overwhelmed and highly stressed, and experiencing panic attacks. The client was ambitious, with exceptionally high expectations of herself, which left little room for balance or self-care.

Together, they explored her core values, priorities, and vision for the future. Through this process, the client began to understand what truly mattered to her, which allowed her to set boundaries and recognise the importance of taking time for herself.

Over the course of six sessions, the client not only stopped experiencing panic attacks but also developed a noticeable sense of calm, confidence and clarity. By the end of their work together, she was keen with the life she truly wanted to live, letting go of the pressures and expectations that had weighed her down for so long.

Useful Resources

Interactive Wheel of Life

Feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or like something is missing in your life? The Wheel of Life is a powerful tool to help you reflect on key areas like family, home, health, career, relationships, and personal growth. By visually mapping the key areas of your life and map your satisfaction for each one, it highlights where you’re thriving and where you might need more balance.

If you’re feeling burned out, lacking direction, or navigating a big life change, the Wheel of Life can help you get clarity and focus on what really matters. It’s a great starting point to set clear goals and take small, meaningful steps toward a more balanced, fulfilling life.

Here’s how it works:

  • Reflect on each area of your life and rate your satisfaction.
  • Identify imbalances or gaps and set priorities.
  • Take action to bring those areas into alignment.

A Health & Wellbeing Coach can guide you through this process, helping you interpret your results, create achievable goals, and stay accountable along the way. They’ll also support you with tools to manage stress, build healthy habits, and find harmony in your everyday life.

Interactive Emotions Wheel

Feeling overwhelmed or unsure how to express your emotions or recognising what you’re actually feeling? The Emotions and Feelings Wheel is a simple tool to help you understand and articulate what you’re feeling. It breaks down core emotions (like anger or sadness) into specific feelings (like frustration or disappointment), making it easier to process and respond to your emotions.

Whether you’re feeling stuck or struggling to communicate, this tool brings clarity and deeper self-awareness. A Health & Wellbeing Coach can guide you in using the wheel to unpack emotions, build resilience, and improve communication.

The Drama Triangle

Feeling stuck in an unhealthy dynamic with a person or constant conflict? The Drama Triangle is a tool to help you understand the roles we often play in challenging interactions: Victim, Persecutor, or Rescuer. Recognizing these roles can help you break free from blame, guilt, or over-responsibility and create healthier, more empowering relationships.

Here’s how it works:

  • Identify the role you or others might be playing in a conflict.
  • Reflect on how these roles keep the drama going.
  • Shift to healthier ways of communicating and relating.

A Health & Wellbeing Coach can support you by helping you recognize patterns, build self-awareness, and develop strategies to step out of the triangle into more balanced and productive interactions.
